Easter Fun

We had a great Easter again this year. We decorated eggs (Brian made his traditional Porsche, Red Sox and Steelers eggs, I made my traditional eggs for the kids, and the kids made lots of fun eggs including one for each of their baseball teams. Always about baseball around here...)

Brian was actually gone Easter weekend. He was on his annual trip to San Antonio for the Porsche Club regional meeting. So we got a hold of the Easter Bunny and told him he needed to come a few days early so that daddy would be home when he came. Luckily the Easter Bunny has email. He came on Friday morning, hid the eggs, and left goodies for the kids.

That silly Rabbit left the kids' baskets under the fish tank this year. Aubrey got Fancy Nancy books and the movie Hop, which we have watched twice so far. Oh, she also got a ton of candy.
Austin got a Beyblade and a Harry Potter Wii game, which we played all weekend. And he too, got a ton of candy.

Mommy had to help them eat most of their Easter candy. I wouldn't want them to get sick, or get too many cavities. I am really looking out for them, because that is just the kind of mommy I am. I am going to have to talk to that Bunny about leaving too much yummy candy around here. Damn Bunny...
