At the park two years ago this month. Still can't get over how fast the kids grow.

Summer is Coming!
So I guess it is about time for another Miller Family Household update. We have been enjoying the warm weather and longer evenings around here, although with that comes my allergies which causes me the dilemma of either being doped up/passed out on Benadryl, or sneezing continuously for several minutes at a time and so stuffed up I can't breathe. Ahh the joys of spring...
We have been staying pretty busy between baseball, soccer, school, work, chores etc... I am excited there are only 4 weeks left of soccer, which really has been a lot of fun. However, it is very time consuming with practice two nights a week and games every Saturday, and after every game I am hoarse from yelling so much. Who knew soccer could be so exciting? Baseball runs through June, and we of course love every minute of it. Aubrey assures me that she will play baseball "on a team" next year. Some of Austin's teammates have siblings Aubrey's age, so we might get a Red Sox 'B team' going next spring.
I got Aubrey enrolled for all day Pre-Kindergarten next year. She will be going to "big girl" school with Austin in the fall. Not sure how I am going handle this. After taking Austin to his first day of school, I came home and told Brian that he was going to have to take Aubrey because it was just too hard. Brian said if he had to take her, she was never going to go...
We have lots of projects on our to do list for this summer around the house and yard. Here's to hoping my Miller Family Update in the fall will include a completed list of said projects. If nothing else, we are hoping to get in a lot of pool time, tennis and baseball playing, hanging out with good friends and maybe taking in a few Red Hawks games. Happy Spring everyone!

Yet Another Sport
The kids have recently taken to tennis. As if Baseball and Soccer aren't enough. Brian really likes tennis and so therefore has gotten the kids interested in it too. We (and by we I mean Brian and Austin) have been watching it on TV, and have taken the kids to play a few times since the weather has been so nice. And last weekend we even went to a professional men's tennis match here in the city. I have never been good at tennis; I have a little problem with control. I tend to hit more balls over the fence than I do in. A frustrating sport really. I try not to play around the kids. They learn too many new words.
Austin is getting pretty good. He is already better than his mommy. Which isn't really saying much.
